If you’re not happy with Mortgage Calculator Premium, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment. This applies to the lifetime purchase, your first monthly payment and each monthly renewal. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

• Email chowchowbuy@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or
• reply to the receipt email you got from Paddle, or contact Paddle through the link in that receipt.

Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Premium ends when the refund is issued.

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel any time on the Account page. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Premium until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Who processes payments

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, receipts, taxes and refunds.
